- Free shipping within the continental United States for all orders over $100 USD.
- Free shipping on all worldwide orders in excess of $200 USD.
- All purchases are insured while in transit.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with shipment tracking number.
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority at EyeDope. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your full purchase price under the following conditions:
- All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt
- Products must be returned in original condition. Items retuned not in this condition will be returned back to the original shipping address.
- Only products purchased via this website are eligible for refund.
- You must contact us at email@example.com to obtain a “Return Authorization Number.”
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning their item(s).
- Once we receive your return, if the item satisfies our quality control standards, as per this Return Policy, a full refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s credit card or PayPal account within 10 business days.
